Staying at Katch in Northallerton was a pleasant experience. The spacious, clean room boasted comfortable beds and efficient furnishings, making it a relaxing retreat. I enjoyed a good breakfast at the adjacent Golden Lion and appreciated the helpful staff. My stay was really good here. Booked a room in touch with anyone. The hotel had a central setting right on the main shopping street in Thirsk. Local fast food option White Horse Cafe was 5 minutes walk away.

I had a great stay! The hotel's location is spot-on, right in the heart of the High Street, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, even switching rooms for my elderly parents. Plus, the restaurant downstairs served fantastic food that was really reasonably priced.
It did get a bit noisy, especially with the bar and street sounds. A fan in the room would've been nice too, as it was a pretty muggy night. you have to head elsewhere for breakfast, which was slightly inconvenient.

I had a great stay! The location right on the High Street is super convenient for exploring and grabbing food. My room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view - especially festive with the holiday lights! The staff were really friendly and even let me store my bags after check-out, which was a nice touch.
The noise from the street was a bit of a bother, especially at night with some loud crowds. Plus, breakfast isn't served on-site, so you have to walk to a nearby place if you're craving a hearty start to your day. Just something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper or prefer the convenience of in-house dining!

Great location right on the high street with friendly staff and clean rooms. While the noise from the bar can be a bit much at night, the spacious accommodations and comfy beds make up for it. Just remember to pack your earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

It was just a good match for a transient visit in Northallerton with definitely value for money. The room was street facing, and while there was some noise, it wasn't worse than expected for an old building. If you're sensitive to noise, ask for a room away from the street or aim for quieter nights.

The room was a haven, featuring a magnificent shower that offered a refreshing rainfall experience, elevating my relaxation.
One minor drawback was the absence of a bedside table lamp, which made late-night reading a tad inconvenient. this slight issue did not overshadow my overall positive experience.
